Spotted by one of the great Google bloggers, Philipp Lenssen, a link on the top of the Picasa site suggests a new feature is imminent Picasa Web Albums.
This link points picasaweb.google.com, but as of yet there is still no trace of that site existing. I can only assume this will be a photo sharing site designed to display upload photos for either public or private viewing probably directly through Picasa.
